Do you believe that we will see our pets again in heaven someday?

I am a Christian, and I have always been taught to believe that we will be reunited with our family members and friends, but I have never heard or seen anything in the Bible about our pets. It would be very sad for me to think I couldn't be with them again someday.

YES... It wouldn't be heaven for me with out them! I FIRMLY believe that they have BLAMELESS SOULS... they didn't eat the forbidden fruit... MAN did!

Today on Regis and Kelly they had a medium and one person in the audience he made reference to her cat. So yeh I think they'll be with us again.
Our pets will go to heaven, us I am not sure about.

It wouldn't be heaven without our pets.
I hope so, because I don't think I could bear standing around humans for the rest of my life.
Hmm I don't know... I have heard many people say animals don't have souls like we do, so I guess that would be a no. But I do hope we can, because they become so close to us that we love them as much as we love humans aswell.

I was always taught in church that animals did not come with us.

But I cannot believe anything that has been given a soul cannot make it to Heaven.

The witches believe that cats and dogs (especially cats) are the ones who have achieved all of their lessons in life, and get to come back in a pure, simple form....as a reward...and they are the souls of people who have reincarnated until they finally achieved perfection.
I don't know the answer to your question, but I hope that they do. God promises us great joy in Heaven and our pets provide that to us here on Earth, so maybe they will be allowed to do so in Heaven also.
of course. without animals, heaven would be hell.
Well, I'm not sure I buy the whole streets lined with gold idea, but I believe in the soul and an afterlife. So, if there is something out there for us humans, I have total faith that animals have an afterlife also. Animals display intelligence(sometimes different levels), they express emotion and are capable of forming bonds between one another and humans.The Bible is focused on human behavior and man's relationship with God, not much room for pet care tips.Maybe respect for the planet and animals is something we were supposed to figure out on our own.Maybe our paths do cross at some time.
Of course. I am 2. (Christian) We will someday. I bet so. Yes. We will. pets will be up there with us. I know it!
ever since i was young when ever we would lose a pet my family would tell me that he/she is waiting for us on rainbow bridge and i still believe it.
i got a story

There's this guy that passed away and come upon this dog that he was very close to that passed before him. so they started walking trying to find a place to go they came upon this golden gate it said that it was a gate to haven so they starting to go in and the guy on the other side off the gate said no pets inside he cant come in. so the guy not wanting to leave his dog be hide decided that he was not going to go. So they kept on walking and they come upon another gate that wasn't gold it was just plan. it also said the gate to heaven so he asked the guy that was standing there if this was really heaven and what that other place was. and the guy told him that, that was the gate to hell and this is the gate to heaven and then the guy asked if he could take his dog in. the guy said well yes why would god take away a mans best friend.
