yea, buy sims nightlife. they like to show you what you could get if you had the right expansion packs. you'll find there are alot of things they offer but won't let you get, like an elevator, etc.

you need nightlife I'm sorry to say cause that is the expansion pack which is includes cars :/ you can get it for free at www.mininova.org ;)
