Is there a translator on Sims 2/ Sims 2 Pets?

On the sims 2 and sims 2 PETS.. my sims take in french or (somthing simalor) Is there any possible way to change that to Englash? I would REALLY like to know what my sims are talking about other then having to look at there speech bubbles.. Thank you all..

Sims speak a Maxis-created language called "Simlish" and do not speak in any known language. There are no known Simlish-to-English translators, though there is the Big Simlish Dictionary, which gives the possible meanings of many Simlish "words" and phrases.

i have sims 1 n sims 2....i wanted to change the language too, but i don't think its possible....the voices only run on the given language called "simish".....
